8.0 inch touch screen with full instrumentation to monitor vehicle performance.

Rugged design is IPX-7 rated for water-resistance and built to U.S. military standard 810 for thermal and shock resistance.

Main menu provides simple navigation between map, vehicle information, media, phone applications, is user customizable, and much more.

Vehicle data screen includes coolant temperature, fuel level, speedometer, odometer, RPMs, reverse indicator, and user customizable data fields.

Pre-loaded snowmobile trail maps for the United States and Canada which include points of interest such as restaurants, and gas stations.

Map views are layered to include topography, private and public lands, and various other features.

Users can also plan and track routes
Includes high-resolution BirdsEye Satellite Imagery that can be downloaded directly with a Wi-Fi connection.

Compatible with Garmin Outdoor Maps+ subscription including enhanced topographic maps, Avalanche Risk Report, night lights, campgrounds, and more (Subscription not included).

Pair your mobile device to receive smart notifications, access the dial pad, view contacts, receive live weather forecasts, look at the radar, and play music.

Status bar at the bottom of all screens offers quick navigation, active warnings, and key vehicle information.

External features: power button, volume control, 4 to 256GB microSD® memory card slot, and USB-C power and data port.

With or without cellular coverage, users can use the integrated Group Ride Radio to see, text, and track up to 20 riders.

Paired with a compatible Bluetooth headset, riders can also engage in 2-way voice communication with each other.

2-way radio voice communication cannot be used without a Bluetooth headset or fist mic (sold separately).

Riders without an integrated device can download the free mobile app and join a cellular based Group Ride as well as enjoy all mapping features.

Group Ride functionality is compatible with the 3441-555 Garmin Tread Premium GPS Kit.

Note: With the latest updates, the USB-C port on the G8 harness will no longer supply enough power to charge the G8, you must charge directly into the port on the RH side of the G8 using a 5volt/2.4amp/12watt AC wall adapter (G8CHARGER Sold separately).

Note: 2024-2025 600 non-electric start models will also require the 686-00000 Power Harness (Sold separately).
